Bill Pay
The Bill payment option is available to both hINTERNET-Personal and hINTERNET-Business customers. Online Bill Pay offers the convenience of paying bills and checking your payment history in the privacy of your home or office. Online Bill Pay can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere Internet access is available.
hINTERNET-Business Bill Pay is free for up to 20 bills per month. Each additional bill after 20 is $0.40 each.
hINTERNET Bill Pay is a free service for our Personal users.
Upon completing an hINTERNET Online Banking application, an hINTERNET ID and hINTERNET password will be assigned. To access the hINTERNET account, simply go to the Hillcrest Bank Florida home page at www.hillcrestbankfl.com to enter the log in information.
Upon initial login, an Electronic Services Agreement that addresses the rights and responsibilities of the user and the bank is displayed. Once you have read the agreement, simply check the box next to 'I Have Read This Agreement' and click 'Accept'. If 'Decline' is selected, the user will not be able to access the account.
Once the Electronic Services Agreement is accepted, it is required that the bank- assigned password be changed by the user. Passwords are 6-8 digits, alpha-numberic and are NOT case sensitive. Passwords expire every 60 days. Users are notified of expiring passwords 14 days in advance of the expiration date.
Passwords are known only to the user. If a password is forgotten, the hINTERNET product contains a Password Reset feature or the user can contact the bank for further assistance.
The hINTERNET ID is also assigned by the bank and can, but is not required to be, changed by the user after the first successful login.
